Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and extensive hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot. The candidate will lead frontend architecture and development, drive scalable application design, and contribute to backend engineering and cloud-based solutions while ensuring high performance, security, and code quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js .
• Define frontend architecture, reusable component standards, state management strategies, and performance optimisation practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Drive technical decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices across frontend and backend development.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Identify and resolve complex production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system integration challenges.
• Ensure application security, reliability, maintainability, and quality through testing and continuous improvement.
• Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and support team capability development.
• Contribute to cloud deployment, CI/CD automation, and application monitoring.

Requirements:

• 9-12 years of hands-on experience in software development, with strong full-stack expertise.
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, React Hooks, state management, component design, and performance optimisation.
• Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and backend service development.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and system design principles.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and production support.
• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of TypeScript, frontend testing frameworks, and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with application security, observability, scalability, and reliability engineering.
• A technically strong, frontend-focused full-stack professional capable of owning application architecture, leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable, production-grade solutions using React.js, Java, and Spring Boot.
