Software Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with 3-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and services. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals and hands-on experience with at least one backend programming language, such as Java, Python, Golang, or Node.js .

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with databases and third-party services.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and production issues.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
• Follow best practices for code quality, security, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of backend systems.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, Python, Golang (Go), Node.js
• Experience in backend development, API design, and RESTful services.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP concepts, and software design principles.
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git, debugging, testing, and application performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building high-performance, distributed, or scalable systems.
