Software Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Lead the development team and monitor day-to-day activities, hands on experience and must be development as per requirement

Understand business requirements and convert them into suitable technical solutions. Participate in application design, development and troubleshooting.

Develop and maintain applications using .NET Core, Angular and SQL Server.

Design and develop secure and scalable APIs.

Guide the team in following coding standards, design patterns and SOLID principles.

Review the code developed by team members and provide the required technical guidance.

Ensure proper unit testing and functional testing are completed before delivery.

Support the team in identifying and resolving technical issues.

Provide effort estimates and help in planning the development activities.

Track the teams progress and ensure the work is completed as per the agreed timelines.

Coordinate with business, project management and other teams.

Participate in Scrum meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.

Support deployments and resolve issues related to Azure environments.

Mentor junior and senior developers and help them improve their technical skills.

Provide regular updates on progress, risks, dependencies and technical challenges.
