Software Engineer

Your responsibilities

• Independently design, develop, debug and maintain scalable cloud-native applications
• Own microservices and APIs and raise the bar on quality, scalability, security and reliability
• Deliver and deploy with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift and CI/CD
• Use Agentic AI as part of the standard workflow; build solutions that speed up development, testing and automation
• Coach juniors on design, quality and AI-assisted engineering

Your skills and experience

You have:

• A Graduate/Master's degree in engineering or equivalent with 5 - 12 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering cloud-native, distributed software systems using Java (Spring Boot)/ Python
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI and/or Jenkins)
• Exposure to Agentic AI/AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, or equivalent).
