Software Engineer Backend / Full-Stack

Experience Required: 2–4 years

Technical Skills

• Core Stack: Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, PostgreSQL / SQL, Git
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS basics (EC2/ECS, S3, RDS)
• Frontend Knowledge: Working knowledge of React / TypeScript

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain REST APIs for core modules.
• Write typed, tested code across the backend and, as needed, the React frontend.
• Integrate third-party and government APIs (e.g., GST e-way bill GSP, SMS/WhatsApp, payment gateways).

Soft Skills & Cultural Fit

• Clear written communication for an asynchronous team environment.
• Proactive in asking questions early.
• Open to constructive code review feedback and active participation in code reviews.

Nice to Have

• Domain knowledge in logistics or fintech (not mandatory).
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in a startup environment.
