Software Engineer

You will own one workstream in a personal injury case end-to-end, for example, insurance claims, and turn it into a reliable autonomous AI agent. The agent needs to work across different case-management systems such as Clio, Filevine, Litify, MyCase, and other fragmented platforms. You will build abstractions that allow new firms, their workflows, and custom processes to be onboarded within days. You will own the agent's architecture, integrations, evaluations, reliability, and customer-facing behavior.

Responsibilities:

• Design and ship production-grade LLM agents that can run autonomously for weeks with state, memory, retries, escalation, and recovery.
• Build an integration layer across fragmented legal CMS platforms and create a clean abstraction over them.
• Build evals, transcript regression suites, and edge-case testing to continuously improve agent reliability.
• Review agent conversations and continuously improve how the agent communicates with customers and insurance adjusters.
• Make onboarding new law firms fast by mapping their intake forms, workflows, processes, and CMS.
• Work directly with customers, founders, and a small engineering team with high ownership and minimal handoffs.

Requirements:

• You have shipped LLM/AI agents in production with real users and real-world failures.
• You have built agent evaluations, regression testing, transcript/trace analysis, or similar reliability systems.
• You have experience integrating with messy third-party systems, APIs, legacy platforms, or highly configurable customer environments.
• You can build clean abstractions over complex integrations and fragmented systems.
• You have strong product instincts and care about the quality of AI interactions, not just functionality.
• You take end-to-end ownership and operate independently without needing heavy management.
• You enjoy working closely with customers and using their feedback to shape the product.
• Location: Bangalore, or willing to relocate.
• Comfortable working with US time zones, including late evenings from India.
• Comfortable with a 5.5-day / Saturday working culture.
