    About this role


    Job Purpose
    This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for Gathering and Consolidating of System requirement through Azure Board
  2. Prioritization and Planning of Deliveries as per strategic business objectives.
  3. Preparation of End-to-End System Architecture to deliver the business requirements
  4. Facilitate Team Collaboration and Communication within various delivery teams for Technical design and tracking of delivery schedule.
  5. Dealing with Business team & Sr. Management for regular updates on progress of software updates and scheduled deliveries.
  6. Implementation of Standard Process/Practices to manage system development and support.
  7. Implementation of Standard Process/Practices to manage communication with business and delivery teams.
  8. To ensure closer of all relevant tasks with artifacts availability on Azure board.
  9. Actively Participation in evaluation of new products, POC, Time bound R&D and solution deliveries
  10. Manage teams (both internal and external)/projects within given cost and time
  11. Adhere to quality / info-security guidelines and processes including maintain adequate documentation
    12. Required Qualifications and Experience
  12. Minimum qualification required is B.E. or M.C.A. or MBA from reputed institution (Finance/Information Technology)
  13. Should have 6+ years of relevant experience.
  14. Should have experience in implementation of Software Development Projects.
  15. Require basic knowledge of Application systems React/AEM/.Net/Solid JS
  16. Require proven abilities to analyze, debug and find solution to technology issues
  17. Require knowledge on database systems SQL/Oracle, PLSQL, MySQL technologies
  18. Should be Self-starter, Self-learner
  19. Knowledge of various Software Implementation methods like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum
  20. Knowledge of DevOps will be preferable
  21. Passion to learn and work on any technology
  22. Require good written and spoken communication skills in English.
