Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong expertise in mobile automation testing using Appium. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automating Android and iOS applications, developing scalable automation frameworks, and ensuring the quality and performance of mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile automation test scripts using Appium.
• Automate test cases for Android and iOS mobile applications.
• Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end mobile testing.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Identify, debug, and report defects while working closely with the development team.
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks for better test coverage.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Follow QA best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

• 2-3.5 years of experience in mobile automation testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Appium.
• Experience testing Android and/or iOS mobile applications.
• Good programming knowledge in Java.
• Experience with TestNG or JUnit.
• Familiarity with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Exposure to cloud-based mobile testing platforms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
• Basic understanding of Docker and containerized environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
