About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate third-party risks through effective Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes.
- Develop REST APIs using SOAP protocol for integrating external systems with ServiceNow GRC module.
- Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, scalability, and security.
Job Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in software development with expertise in ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) principles and practices.
- Experience in developing REST APIs using SOAP protocol for integration purposes.
- Proficiency in TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT.
