• Strong experience with C# and modern .NET (.NET 8)
• Preferred experience with WPF and any other .NET UI frameworks
• • Deep understanding of: + Dependency Injection + Asynchronous programming (async/await) + Exception handling and resilience patterns + SOLID principles and clean architecture
• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.)
• Testing & Quality Engineering
• Strong experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest)
• Ability to design meaningful tests beyond “happy path” scenarios
• Familiarity with mocking frameworks
• Codebase Comprehension
• Proven ability to quickly understand large, unfamiliar codebases
• Comfort working with AI-generated code and improving it where needed
• Ability to reason about intent vs. implementation
• Preferred experience modernizing or replacing legacy enterprise applications
