Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct UX research to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Design accessible interfaces that align with usability standards and inclusive design principles.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine product requirements into effective user experiences.
- Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across product screens and journeys.
Experience Required:
- 7 to 12 years of experience in UX, UX Research, and UX Design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for interaction design and prototyping.
- Experience designing accessible digital products and applying accessibility design principles.
- Ability to translate research findings into scalable product design decisions.
Good to Have:
- Experience with analytics and data-informed design decisions.
- Exposure to design systems and component-based design workflows.
Education:
- Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation.
