Software Engineer-Salesforce

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 3-7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and Salesforce configuration/customization. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Implement business requirements through declarative and programmatic Salesforce development.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, and Integration Services.
• Create and maintain Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Reports/Dashboards.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions and integrations.
