Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Reltio MDM solutions including data models, entities, relationships, and hierarchies.
• Configure and develop Lifecycle Actions (LCA) for event-driven data processing and business workflows.
• Develop Java-based custom logic/services to support Reltio integrations and extensions.
• Implement match/merge rules and survivorship strategies for golden record creation.
• Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations using REST APIs, messaging, and file-based approaches; work with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) or equivalent frameworks.

Skills Required:

• 5-8 years of experience in IT/Engineering or related field.
• Reltio MDM platform development (Reltio, Reltio MDM) and ETL/data integration experience.
• Lifecycle Actions (LCA) development and event handling in Reltio.
• Java custom logic/services development and SQL proficiency for advanced querying, data validation, and performance tuning.
• API integration experience (REST/SOAP) and microservices architecture; Python for data processing and automation. Good to Have:
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and large-scale data processing tools such as PySpark and Databricks.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, GenAI-driven data use cases, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Agile tooling familiarity (JIRA, Confluence) and Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) exposure.

Education: Any Graduation, Any Post Graduation, Arts Bachelor (or equivalent experience).
