Software Engineer (React.JS, Node.JS)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build reusable front-end components and implement responsive user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in software development (adjustable based on requirement).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar.
• Knowledge of backend frameworks such as Express.js.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of software design principles and development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
