Software Engineer - Principal

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum 12 years of object-oriented programming experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices with Nosql/MongoDB.
• Good understanding of Data Structures.
• 8 years of experience in systems design, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Have programming experience, preferably in the Finance/ retail / ecommerce industry.
• Python knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure, such as OpenStack, Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Experience working in Agile Methodology.
• Experience using CI/CD tools for logging and metrics.
• A continuous drive to explore, improve, enhance, automate and optimise systems and tools.
• Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
• Exposure to information retrieval, statistics, and machine learning.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
