TechByte Coders is an established technology services company and is going through an exciting growth phase! We are looking for full time Software Developers that will be part of a dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for software programmers to grow their technical and leadership skills while contributing to cutting edge projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Willing to work evening shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST) on development tasks
• Good client facing English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Preferably 2 years of development experience in .Net / ASP / C# / JavaScript / SQL technology stack but it is not required
• If you don't have .Net stack experience other programming languages can be considered. There are opportunities for strong candidates to be cross trained. Our projects currently consist of various technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Python, .Net, Salesforce Development, React, Angular, PHP, C. Candidate will be aligned with these projects as per their experience
• This is an active night shift based development role. During the shift candidate will be attending agile meetings, doing development tasks, working with the business teams to understand requirements and working with test and deployment teams in real time to develop, test and deploy code.
• Any relevant certification focused on continual improvement and growth
• Motivated and willing to quickly adapt to new processes and environments

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with customers and technical leads to understand the requirements and needs and translate that into technical implementation
• Write well designed, testable and efficient code
• Able to efficiently work remotely and manage time and collaboration with remote teams
• Experience in all phases of project life cycle including analysis, design, coding and testing
• Understand the requirements based on what to develop your code and modules
• Develop and manage code blocks and modules
• Gain an understanding of the application you are working in and work on new requirements as well as debug existing issues
• Thoroughly develop and unit test the code set assigned to you and integrate it with the rest of the application.
