Software Engineer - MTS 2

Requirements:

• Key skills: C++, Java, Python, Scala, JavaScript or any other Programming language.
• Solid understanding of OOP/OOD, distributed systems, cloud-related knowledge, distributed cloud databases, Hadoop, Kubernetes.
• Experience in architecting, designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software systems, storage and databases, and providing critical support
• Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures and algorithms, distributed systems, consensus algorithms, design patterns, and storage and network solutions.
• Deep expertise in database internals: storage/buffer managers, write-ahead logging (WAL), multi-version concurrency control (MVCC), lock managers, query planners/executors, and database engines.
• Strong transaction management background: isolation levels, concurrency control, deadlock detection, crash recovery, physical/logical replication, and HA/failover strategies.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities will be critical for success, as will be a focus on quality.
• The successful candidate will have a noticeable impact on the product and is expected to participate in the design and development of a feature/benchmark/prototype/proof of concept, ranging from architecture through testing and production rollout and ongoing support of the systems in production.
• Extensive hands-on experience and expertise in Object-Oriented Design, Distributed Programming, and various database systems (NoSQL and relational) at scale.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems failure modes, including network partitioning, consensus algorithms (e. g., Raft/Paxos), consistency models, and strategies for maintaining "Always-Available" performance under high-concurrency loads.
