Software Engineer (Java Full Stack Engineer + Angular)

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Experience in Java Fullstack development with expertise in Angular (latest version).
• Strong understanding of Java Spring Boot framework including its components such as controllers, services, repositories etc.
• Proficiency in developing REST APIs using Spring Boot's built-in features like @RestController annotation.
• Experience working on Microservices architecture design principles
• Design and implement robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot that deliver secure reliable and efficient business functionality for enterprise applications
• Develop and enhance responsive user interfaces using Angular JS and JavaScript that offer an intuitive and accessible experience for a diverse user base
• Create optimize and maintain complex SQL queries procedures and data models to ensure data integrity performance and scalability across multiple environments
• Collaborate with product owners business analysts and architects to translate business requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans
• Perform thorough unit integration and regression testing to ensure high quality stable releases that reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction
• Review and refactor existing code bases to improve readability maintainability and performance while aligning with organizational coding standards and guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes that minimize business disruption
• Implement secure coding practices and input validation mechanisms that protect applications from common vulnerabilities and compliance risks
• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines by automating build test and deployment activities for Java and Angular JS components
• Document system designs technical decisions and implementation details to support knowledge sharing onboarding and long term system maintainability
• Coordinate with cross functional teams such as quality engineering infrastructure and security to ensure consistent delivery of end to end solutions in a hybrid work model
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews design discussions and knowledge sharing sessions to build a strong high performing engineering culture
