Job Title: Java Software Engineer Lead

Location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai Note: Candidates must possess 4+ years of relevant industry experience. We are hiring for one of the world's leading professional services firms and a member of the globally recognized Big Four accounting organizations.
Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership
- Lead a team of developers through the complete software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and delivery.
- Drive technical architecture, solution design, and technology decisions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns through regular code reviews.
- Lead the development and integration of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Build and enhance responsive web applications using Angular.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while supporting the development team.
Collaboration & Project Delivery
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Estimate development effort, break down tasks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.
