Software Engineer | Integrations

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer Integrations with 5+ years of experience in API integrations, customer-facing technical implementations, SSO, Java, Angular, and cloud platforms.

The role will focus on implementing, supporting, and maintaining integration solutions between customer systems and products using available APIs. The candidate will work closely with customers, product teams, engineering teams, and technology stakeholders to deliver successful integrations and provide ongoing technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain integration solutions between client systems and products.
• Support customers through end-to-end API implementation and provide ongoing technical assistance.
• Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, and SSO implementations.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Work closely with customers, product teams, engineering teams, and technology stakeholders.
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback to support product improvements.
• Communicate technical updates, product enhancements, defects, and upcoming features to stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional teams in resolving integration issues and ensuring smooth customer onboarding.
• Drive continuous improvements in API usage, integration processes, and customer support.
• Develop software solutions using Java and Angular.
• Work with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Create and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation.
• Work independently to manage and drive integration projects through successful completion.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Integration Engineering, API Engineering, Technical Analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with API implementations and integrations.
• Good understanding of SSO concepts and implementation approaches.
• Java
• Angular
• AWS and/or Azure
• XML
• XSLT
• XSD
• Git, TFS, or similar source-control tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Requirement

• 1+ year of experience working with AI technologies.
• Relevant AWS/Azure cloud certifications are preferred.
