Job Description Sr SDET/Senior QA Test Automation Engineer – Agentic AI We are building category-defining Healthcare AI products across Voice AI, Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and Multimodal LLMs that help healthcare organizations automate workflows, improve patient experiences, and reduce operational overhead. Our engineering culture is AI-native. We use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, Codex, and Windsurf as force multipliers to build products faster and better.

The Role We're looking for a highly technical Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who believes that quality is an engineering problem to be solved through code and automation. This is an

80% Individual Contributor role , focused on designing, building, and owning test automation frameworks and improving engineering productivity through quality engineering practices. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to ensure our AI systems are reliable, scalable, and production-ready.

What You'll Do Automation Engineering

• Build and own scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
• Develop automation for APIs, backend services, databases, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Create reusable test libraries and utilities.
• Improve test execution speed and automation coverage.

AI Quality Engineering

• Test LLM applications, Voice AI, Conversational AI, and Agentic systems.
• Build validation frameworks for: + Hallucinations + Prompt robustness + Model latency + Response consistency + AI workflow reliability

Performance & Reliability Testing

• Design and execute: + Load testing + Stress testing + End-to-end testing + Regression testing + Integration testing

SDLC Excellence

• Build CI-integrated test pipelines.
• Improve release quality and developer productivity.
• Participate in design reviews and architecture discussions.

Experience What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years in SDET, QA Automation, or Software Quality Engineering.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or AI/ML product companies.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming expertise in: + Python + Java
• Strong hands-on experience with: + Selenium + Playwright + Appium + PyTest + TestNG + JUnit + REST Assured + Postman
• Deep expertise in: + API Testing + Backend Testing + Database Testing + Web Testing + Mobile Testing + Performance Testing
• Strong knowledge of: + STLC + SDLC + CI/CD + Agile methodologies
