Job Description We are looking for an experienced

Software Engineer with strong expertise in

SharePoint Online, SPFx, React, and Power Platform to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring high code quality and system performance.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using SharePoint Online, SPFx, and Power Platform
• Build responsive and modern UI components using React JS
• Convert business requirements into technical solutions and application designs
• Integrate applications with REST APIs and SharePoint services
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and design discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Support deployment processes and CI/CD practices

Experience QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online & SPFx
• Experience in enterprise-scale application development

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online & SPFx
• Proficiency in React JS (Hooks, Components, State Management)
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience with REST APIs and SharePoint API integrations
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines / Azure DevOps

Core Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Understanding of scalable application design
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ownership and accountability in delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end SPFx project implementations
• Exposure to debugging complex production issues
• Ability to work independently on medium to high complexity modules
