About The Role This role is for experience team under earner org. The primary objective for this team is to solve the problem of low acceptance rate throughout uber systems. Uber has moved from a supply constrained market to 'quality supply' being need of the hour. The broader program enables uber to do just that by creating sustainable and meaningful quality based loyalty and engagement boosting products. Core experiences like trip , offer , preferences scheduling planning and guidance are also owned by this team. With uber rapidly diversifying its lines of businesses , there is a need to build a configurable platform that can adapt and scale to diverse set of flows all the while providing standard interfaces and guardrails to safeguard the quality of uber experience.

Basic Qualifications Coding chops, clean, elegant, bug-free code iOS Provide technical direction and hands-on solving of technical problems in the area of distributed systems Strong desire to learn and grow, while building the outstanding systems Work in close collaboration with other specialists, product managers, designers, and operations to ship useful and fabulous experiences to our customers Passionate about helping teams grow by inspiring and mentoring engineers.
