You will build different parts of our payment network, that have high scale, precision and availability requirements. Responsibilities:

• Product Development
• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Build frontend applications and reusable UI components using React and TypeScript.
• Develop microservices and event-driven workflows.
• Build integrations with internal and external systems.
• AI & Automation
• Implement AI-powered product features using LLM APIs.
• Build workflow automation solutions and business process integrations.
• Develop RAG-based search and knowledge retrieval features.
• Integrate AI services into existing applications.
• Engineering Excellence
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and fix defects.
• Improve application performance and reliability.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to technical design discussions.
• Provide effort estimates and implementation plans.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ yrs experience in software development
• Hands-on experience in using relational database with good exposure to SQL.
• 2 years working experience in Spring framework.
• Strong computational skills, fluent in data structures, algorithms and design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of computing concepts such as service-oriented architecture, REST services, fault tolerance, self-healing, network protocols, network programming, multi-threaded programming, performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Ability to differentiate good and bad design and coding practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong in self-direction, problem solving and critical thinking.
• Deep passion for providing high quality customer experiences.
• Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols.
• AI Exposure Hands-on experience with at least one:
• LLM integrations
• AI assistants
• RAG applications
• Workflow automation
• AI-powered product features
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) including RDS and EC2.
• Experience with container-based application development using Docker/Kubernetes.
