Job Overview The Software Engineer I is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and digital learning solutions that support the Learning Content business. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-quality, and user-centric technology solutions that enhance learning experiences and content delivery.

Roles and responsibility

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and digital learning solutions.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications, tools, and platforms that support learning delivery.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution to ensure application reliability.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, code documentation, and deployment procedures.
• Optimize application performance, security, and usability while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Min 1 years of experience in software development, application engineering, or related technical roles.
• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
