Job Purpose As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support business operations and enhance user experience. You will collaborate with senior developers to design and implement new features, ensuring robust and efficient solutions. Your role is crucial in troubleshooting and debugging issues to maintain the smooth functioning of software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement new features.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Create and maintain documentation for software applications.
• Continuously learn and apply new programming techniques and technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Assist in the development and optimization of machine learning models.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into business performance.
• Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and solutions.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, protecting company data and systems from threats.

Key Qualifications & Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools such as SQL.
• Understanding of network protocols and security measures.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning innovative technologies and methodologies.
• Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
