SOFTWARE ENGINEER - Gen AI

Education

• Must Bachelors degree/Equivalent in Computer Science, Telecommunications or IT field.

Professional Experience

• Must - Minimum of 2-3 years in telecommunications or IT industry
• Must - Experience in AI use case development ( GenAI, AI Agent..)
• Must - Good knowledge in LLM
• Must - Experience in Agentic AI use case development- using Langraph, other framework.
• Must - Strong knowledge of SDLS principles, LLM archicture, AI application development ( end to end, from POC to Production grade), deployment,

Technical, Systems

• Must - Knowledge of following tools Architecture and Design: SDLC fareworm, Langraph, Langmisth, LLM output evaluation, observibility, multi agent design and development
• Nice to have - AIOPs, Elastic Search, Devops, Security assessment

Soft skills

• Must - Creative and innovative
• Must - Autonomous and agile in unknown environments
• Must - Objective and result driven.
• Must - Business focus
• Must - Team-working and multi-cultural working
• Must - English fluent
