WE is Looking for:
Client is building the infrastructure for real estate underwriting at scale — turning property data into fast, defensible valuations and rehab estimates for brokers, lenders, and investors. A comp engine grounded in appraisal data, with AI agents that fit how the work already gets done. Small team, early stage, moving fast.
THE ROLE
Own features end to end across the whole stack — the deterministic Python that does the math, the AI agents that read messy real-world data, and the frontend that turns it into a product.
What You'll Do
Build deterministic Python services — data pipelines, valuation and underwriting logic — that are clean and well-tested.
Design and harness LLM/agent systems: orchestration, tool use, structured outputs, and the evals and guardrails that make AI output trustworthy.
Build the frontend (React/TypeScript) that wires it into a product people actually use. Take features from spec to shipped, with the tests and observability to prove they work. Work directly with the founder on architecture, priorities, and standards.
What We're Looking For
Strong Python, and the habit of writing clean, tested, maintainable code.
Hands-on experience building with LLMs or agentic systems — or a track record that says you'll pick it up fast.
Comfortable on the frontend (React/TypeScript or similar) you can ship a whole feature, not just a backend.
Ownership and judgment in ambiguity — you reason from first principles and care about getting the numbers right.
A few years shipping production software.

Real estate, fintech, or data-heavy products
Remote-first and high-ownership, with evidence over opinion — we ship, measure, and let results decide. You'll get unusually broad surface area: the full stack and modern AI, end to end.
