Software Engineer – Full Stack who enjoys solving complex problems and building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in Data Structures & Algorithms, write optimized code, and have hands-on experience with modern frontend and backend technologies. Exposure to AI frameworks is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using

React.js ,

Node.js , and

MongoDB .

• Build clean, reusable, and optimized code with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend services.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
• Write efficient algorithms and optimize application performance using strong DSA fundamentals.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while ensuring application reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices, coding standards, and version control workflows.
• Contribute to AI-powered features or products by leveraging modern AI frameworks where applicable.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in

Node.js ,

React.js , and

MongoDB

• Good understanding of

JavaScript (ES6+) , HTML5, and CSS3

• Strong knowledge of

Data Structures & Algorithms

• Experience building REST APIs and full-stack web applications
• Understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows
• Ability to write clean, optimized, and scalable code
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to

AI/LLM-based applications

• Hands-on experience with

LangChain ,

LangGraph , or similar AI frameworks

• Experience integrating AI APIs or building AI-driven projects
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines

Eligibility

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• BCA + MCA candidates are also eligible
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development (2 years preferred) 📩
