Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Communication (ECE), Embedded Systems, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or a related field
CTC Budget: 30,000 60,000 per month (CTC), depending on experience

Key Skills Required

• Strong programming skills in Embedded C/C++.
• Hands-on experience in embedded firmware development for EV chargers, power electronics, or industrial embedded systems.
• Experience with ARM Cortex, STM32, TI C2000, NXP, Microchip, or similar microcontrollers.
• Knowledge of AC/DC and DC/DC power conversion systems, battery charging algorithms, and power electronics control.
• Experience with communication protocols such as CAN, CAN FD, UART, SPI, IC, Modbus, Ethernet, and RS-485.
• Familiarity with EV charging standards and protocols such as OCPP, CCS, GB/T, IEC 61851, and ISO 15118.
• Experience with RTOS, bootloaders, firmware optimization, and real-time embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with debugging tools such as JTAG, SWD, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and embedded software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for EV charger power electronics products.
• Develop control algorithms and communication software for EV charging systems.
• Integrate firmware with power electronics hardware, sensors, and communication interfaces.
• Perform firmware debugging, testing, validation, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, testing, and manufacturing teams during product development.
• Troubleshoot firmware-related issues during development and field deployment.
• Prepare software documentation, firmware release notes, and technical reports.
• Ensure firmware quality, reliability, safety, and compliance with applicable EV charging and industry standards.
