Description
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer-Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in software development and consulting, enabling them to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate client needs into technical specifications and lead software projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing software to enhance performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge among team members.
- Provide technical consultancy to clients and assist in project planning and execution.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15-20 years of experience in software development and consulting.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
