Description
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer-Consultant to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and consulting, providing innovative solutions to our clients while leading projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications according to client specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and team members.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and scheduling activities.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in software development and consulting roles.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Angular, React, or ASP.NET.
- Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
