Software Engineer - Backend

Responsibilities:

• Build backend services and APIs in Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI).
• Develop a Hospital Information System and EMR from scratch.
• Create reusable platform services such as payments, scheduling, care subscriptions, and a unified patient record.
• Build AI-powered and voice-first backends.
• Work on ABDM and FHIR integrations.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of backend experience at a product company, startup, or tech services firm.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Strong DSA, OOP, DBMS, OS, and networking fundamentals.
• Daily use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Clear understanding of the design of your current project.
• Stability in past roles.
• Experience with Redis, Kafka, Docker, AWS, LLM or agent side projects, open source, or React.
