- Responsible from requirement analysis till realization of the functionality in Android Automotive domain.
- Responsible to develop different modules/components in Android Automotive System
- Is responsible for multiple component ownership for Android Automotive System
- Delivery of the software for software Integration
- Ensure the implementation of defined test strategies and document the achieved results.
- Ensure pre-integration testing and verification for the functional area and its features.
- Ensure traceability, consistency of requirements and feature maturity
- Defect triaging and resolution
- Work with other domains for the resolution of dependencies on features and defects
- Mentor the less experienced team members to guide and assist them in completing their tasks on time.
- Solid working experience with the software life-cycle methodologies. Collaborate within an agile cross-functional team environment. Strong leadership, planning and organization skills.
- Mentoring skills to assist less experienced team members
- Expert knowledge about the Android Framework, AOSP platform architecture, and related build system
- 3+ years of working experience in modifying Android framework components, system services, and the Android SDK
- Good understanding of Android Automotive System and Car Framework
- Should have very good understanding of different Android Components : Services, Broadcast Receivers, Content Providers, Treble Architecture
- Proficiency Java, or Kotlin and Object-Oriented Programming
- Hands- On experience
- Hands on knowledge.
- Good and complete under standing of SDLC and STLC .
- Over all 3 -5 years in exp
- Bachelors/Master s degree in Engineering.
- Experience: 3+ Years Good experience in the development of Android Application
- Good in data structures.
- Exposure to concepts of JNI. Experience in interfacing Java and Native layer modules through JNI.
- Proficient in multi-threaded programming and middleware solution development on Android environment. Strong in fundamentals of IPC and OS concepts
- Experience with configuration management (GIT) or similar SW management tools are beneficial
- Kotlin and Unit test framework will be added advantage.
- Automotive and Kotlin knowledge is mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in Android Application and HMI development
- Hands on experience in Android SystemUI, View Model, Live Data, Room, Jetpack compose, MVVM and MVI
- Expert in Android Application development and integration on embedded platform
- Willing to learn Android Framework and Automotive IVI domain.
- Strong in Core Java and OOPs Concepts
- Good understanding of Android Binders
- Exposure to Android Components like Activity, services, broadcast receivers and content providers
- Expertise and working knowledge in one or more domain are mandatory in Android SYSTEM at APPLICATION LAYER
