Software Engineer and Associate SE

Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in programming and software engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance issues in existing applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with web development frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Must-have:

1. 2–5+ years RPA/automation development experience
2. Strong UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Power Automate experience
3. Strong Python skills if using Python as one of the automation stacks
4. Experience with queue-based RPA / Orchestrator
5. Experience with web automation
6. Understanding of API integration
7. Strong exception handling and logging
8. Experience designing Dispatcher/Performer or similar scalable automation architecture
9. Good SQL/data-processing knowledge
10. Ability to create technical documentation and architecture diagrams

Good-to-have:

• Healthcare/RCM automation experience
• CMS/NPPES experience
• OCR/document understanding
• SharePoint integration
• PDF generation
• High-volume automation experience
• Experience handling PHI-sensitive data
