Software Engineer (AI)

We are building the next generation of software engineering systems where AI agents collaborate with engineers to design, build, review, test, and ship software at scale.

Responsibilities:

• AI-assisted tech architecture.
• Agent-driven code generation.
• Automated / Semi-manual code review.
• Integrated delivery tooling.
• AI-driven quality automation.
• You will help build internal platforms and systems that redefine how software is developed across the organisation.
• This role is ideal for engineers who are excited about: AI-powered software development, Full-stack engineering, Developer tooling.
• Building products/protocols for engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop systems that enable AI agents to understand and generate code.
• Work on repository indexing, memory, and retrieval systems.
• Build integrations with CI/CD systems, code repositories, and engineering tools.
• Develop intelligent workflows for code generation, testing, and reviews.
• Experiment with LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation systems.
• Improve engineering productivity across teams.

Requirements:

• Tech Stack: Frontend: ReactJS, TypeScript, Modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Backend: Python / Node.js .
• Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes / EKS, CI/CD systems.
• AI and Platform: LLMs and AI APIs, Vector databases, Retrieval systems, Agent orchestration frameworks.

Good to Have:

• AI/ML or GenAI projects.
• Hackathon participation.
• Open-source contributions.
• Experience with developer tools or automation.
• Automation-first mindset.
