Software Engineer (AI) - Native Builder

Responsibilities:

• Member and volunteer management systems.
• CRM, onboarding, and application workflows.
• AI-powered internal tools and automations.
• Integrations across APIs, email, Discord, payments, and other services.
• Analytics and organizational infrastructure.
• New products as the organization rapidly grows.

Requirements:

• Excellent generalist software engineering ability.
• Extremely comfortable building with AI coding agents.
• Able to take a loosely specified problem and turn it into a working product.
• Strong product judgment: you know when to build, automate, integrate, or keep something simple.
• Comfortable working independently with substantial ownership.
• Fast learner who enjoys unfamiliar technical problems.
