Software Engineer - Agentic AI

Agentic AI startup in Stealth based in Santa Clara, California. We are on a mission to democratize growth marketing by building autonomous agents that intelligently drive online sales and leads across all major channels, while keeping the business in control of key decisions. We are looking for a Software Engineer to build our Agentic AI product. As an early-stage company, every team member has a massive impact. We operate with a high degree of autonomy, a focus on rapid iteration, and a commitment to solving real-world problems for our customers. You'll be one of our first technical hires, giving you a chance to shape the product and the engineering culture at the company.

THE ROLE: WHAT YOU'LL DO We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer who is passionate about building world-class agentic product experience. You will bring our product vision to life with exceptional design, performance, and usability.

• Ship Agentic systems: Build and deploy reliable multi-agent systems that automate the full marketing journey of an advertiser. Your work will span across LLM-orchestration, agent tuning, backend integrations and frontend UI.
• Own the Product: Take end-to-end ownership of product features, driving the full lifecycle from quick prototyping → scalable design → agile development → polished experience to customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with founders, product and engineering team to translate ideas into intuitive product experience for customers.
• Performance & Quality: Champion best practices for design, development, quality, and robust testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end). Elevate the team with constructive design and code reviews.
• Technical Roadmap: Influence architectural decisions, evaluate new technologies, stay updated with evolving design patterns in AI Agentic development and help define the engineering roadmap as we scale.
• Wear Multiple Hats: As an early employee, you’ll tackle diverse challenges, from debugging production issues to setting up CI/CD pipelines.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING Required Qualifications

• B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology from a top tier university or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional system design and coding abilities.
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying Full Stack applications to production. Experience with

AI-native applications, LLM Agentic systems is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in at least one backend language/framework (

Python, FastAPI are preferred) and familiarity with frontend technologies like

React.

• Experience building and integrating with

MCP tools and

RESTful APIs . Experience with Agentic Frameworks(like

Langchain/CrewAI etc.) is a big plus.

• Ability to thrive in an

unstructured, fast-paced, startup environment .

• Strong commitment to customer experience and delivering enterprise-grade product quality. Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)
• Experience working with cloud platforms

[AWS, GCP, or Azure]

• Familiarity with containerization (

Docker, Kubernetes ) and

CI/CD pipelines .

• Prior experience at an early-stage company or having successfully launched a side project.
