The position requires active collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead initiatives to identify process improvements and implement best practices within software engineering operations.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development among team members to strengthen overall team capabilities.
• Support junior professionals by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance within SAP HCM environments.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting payroll modules to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
• Ability to analyze complex payroll scenarios and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with integration of SAP HCM Payroll with other enterprise systems and modules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing payroll operations and enhancing system performance.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
