Role Description : Seceon Inc. is hiring

25 Software Engineers for full-time remote positions to contribute to the development and enhancement of its AI-driven cybersecurity platform. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining reliable, scalable back-end services and APIs that support high-volume security event processing. Software Engineers will be responsible for developing new product features, optimizing existing systems, and writing clean, efficient, testable, and well-documented code. The position requires close collaboration with product managers, software architects, and QA engineers to understand requirements, participate in code reviews, and deliver secure and robust solutions. The day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving production issues, improving development automation and engineering tools, optimizing system performance, and contributing to continuous product improvements. Engineers will also participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure features are delivered efficiently and meet quality and security standards. This role offers an opportunity to work on a large-scale cybersecurity platform where performance, scalability, reliability, and security are critical to the product's success.

Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems concepts.
• Experience in Software Development and Programming, with proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C++).
• Hands-on expertise in Back-End Web Development, building RESTful or event-driven services and working with databases.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.
• Exposure to cybersecurity concepts, logging, and monitoring tools is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
