Responsibilities
- AI-native development: Use AI tools across the SDLC in a disciplined way, and own the quality of AI-generated changes by reviewing everything before it ships.
- Write production-quality code: Build extensible, maintainable, low-defect features with minimal supervision, applying coding patterns, security best practices, and reuse where appropriate.

- Drive engineering excellence and secure deployment: Automate build and deployment toward zero-touch, follow safe deployment and rollback practices, and run experiments with feature flags to measure impact.
- Support the live site: Serve on-call as a DRI, mitigate incidents within SLA using least-privilege access, run retrospectives with repair actions, and improve telemetry, TSGs, and monitoring.
