Role Summary:
Lead a team in hands-on software development for console and web applications, focusing on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Python. Responsible for integrating advanced technologies and ensuring best practices across cloud and database environments.
What Youll Do:
- Lead software development for console and web applications
- Integrate BPMS, Rule Engines, IAM, and CRM systems
- Utilize LLMs to generate, enhance, debug, and fix Python code
- Collaborate on cloud-based services and manage CI/CD processes
- Work with various database technologies, including SQL, NoSQL, and Graph databases
- Apply data structures, algorithms, and design patterns in development
- Ensure software engineering best practices in RHEL environments
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Practical experience in Python-based development
- Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns
- Experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude Sonnet) for Python code tasks
- Integration experience with BPMS, Rule Engines, IAM, and CRM
- Database concepts: SQL, NoSQL, and exposure to Graph databases
- Understanding of RAG, MCP, frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and basic ML concepts
- Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Knowledge of CI/CD and software engineering best practices
- Experience in RHEL environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience working with Kafka, Spark, Neo4J
