Scope of Work Build and enhance high-throughput, low-latency trade processing systems Support platform resilience, scalability and production stability Drive legacy system migration and decommissioning (e.g., Hudson to XStore) Support onboarding of settlement and pre-settlement platforms Improve throughput and efficiency across confirmations and downstream systems Provide production support, incident management, and RCA Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders Required Skill Set Core Skills (All Roles) Strong Java development (Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs) Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures Messaging systems (Kafka, JMS) Strong SQL and data troubleshooting CI/CD, testing and deployment practices Production support and incident handling
