Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals and client needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring that the software meets quality standards and aligns with project requirements. Your role will also include mentoring team members and facilitating communication across departments to foster a collaborative work environment.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
