Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support client needs and project objectives. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring that the software development process aligns with best practices and client expectations. Your role will also include mentoring team members and facilitating communication across departments to foster a collaborative work environment.

Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
