Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time education Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and develop software solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. - Troubleshoot and debug software applications to resolve issues. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies. - Experience with cloud-based development platforms. - Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries. - Hands-on experience in developing scalable and secure applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years of full-time education is required., 15 years of full time education
