Software Development Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Playwright-based UI automation suites using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Execute manual, functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across web applications.
• Create and maintain JMeter performance test plans, workloads, and execution reports.
• Analyze test failures, isolate defects, document reproducible issues, and track them through resolution.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to review requirements, define test scenarios, and support release validation.

Skills Required:

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in software testing and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, and Playwright automation.
• Strong understanding of manual and functional testing practices, test case design, and defect lifecycle management.
• Experience developing and executing performance tests using JMeter.
• Ability to validate browser-based applications, investigate failures, and communicate clear technical findings.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Selenium WebDriver.

Education: Any graduation degree from an accredited institution.
