Software Development Engineer

We are looking for experienced Software Development Engineers (SDE 2 / SDE 3) to design, develop, and scale high-performance software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java/Python, MongoDB, distributed systems, and data structures & algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions.
• Work extensively with Java and/or Python for backend development.
• Design and optimize distributed systems and large-scale applications.
• Develop and maintain data models and applications using MongoDB.
• Apply strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms to solve complex technical problems.
• Participate in system design, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

• 510 years of software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
• Good understanding of Distributed Systems, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance.
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and system design.
• Experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working on large-scale or high-traffic products.
• Knowledge of microservices and cloud platforms.
• Experience with performance tuning and distributed data processing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
