Job Title: Tech Lead

Why This Role Exists
We re looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who s equally fluent in modern web development and the emerging AI/ML ecosystem. This role exists to own architecture, performance, and innovation across the stack - from React and Next.js to AWS, AI pipelines, and scalable backend infrastructure.
You will lead a high-performing engineering team, set technical direction, and bring cutting-edge technologies (AI agents, vector databases, LLM integrations, and ML-powered features) into production-grade applications.
