Software Development Engineer II

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer (SDE-II) with deep expertise in Java to design and build scalable, high-performance systems. This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence architecture and best practices across teams.

Responsibilities:

• System Design: Create HLD and LLD for complex, distributed systems. Define architecture patterns, data flow, and integration points.
• Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java, Python, or similar languages. Implement microservices and APIs with best practices.
• Performance and Scalability: Optimise systems for high availability and low latency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and QA teams. Mentor and guide junior engineers on design and coding standards.
• Code Reviews and Quality: Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and design principles.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years.
• Strong experience in HLD and LLD for large-scale systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++.
• Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of Databases (SQL/NoSQL) and Caching Mechanisms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with distributed systems, Event-Driven Architecture, and Messaging Queues Exposure toCI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
